line with the Governor's Socioeconomic tour of the Region gave the
Governor an opportunity to visit Bamenda III Subdivision headquartered

visited the new catchment area for the Nkwen water project in Ndzah a
neighboring autonomous village.
At the Ndzah water catchment Governor
Adolph Lele congratulated His Majesty Fon Azehfor III and the people of
Nkwen for the great initiative and determination to see the project come
to fulfillment. According to the Governor much has been done by the
Nkwen people and it is time Government supports them. On the spot he
instructed the Regional delegate for Water and Energy Northwest to
ascertain the state of need and the quality of the water project and
report to his office soonest.
According to Muma Azehfor III deputy to the Fon of Nkwen, in the next ten days the water which has seen unprecedented community participation will be available for drinking in some parts of the village.
