Enter The Administrative and Management Accounts Session
The examination of the Administrative and management Accounts of the Mayor and his Treasurer as well as Secretary General was the activity that consumed much of the time spent in session as Mayor Fongu Cletus Tanwie had to sufficiently explain to the Councilors how he raised and used the FCFA 400million handed over to him in 2014. While blaming the reduction in Taxes by the Government, Mayor Fongu said FCFA 355 302 252 was raised. This amount was however not spent in its entirety as the Total expenditure stood at FCFA353 249 372. With this Mayor Fongu Cletus announced that there is a surplus of slitely above FCFA 2m.
