Yong Sports Academy YOSA, took her points tally to 20 Sunday 26th April 2015 after a hard earned 1-0 win over Comos of Mbam. The lone goal came at the 65th minute through Awono Junior (9)who made use of a cross from Mogou Ghislain to give the home team the lead that went to the end unopposed despite efforts by Cosmos of Mbam to equalise or by YOSA to increase the score.
With three Yellow Cards (two for Cosmos and One for YOSA), the game was considered generally peaceful even though at the end of the first half there was general discontent by home fans on some decisions by the referees.
The Home team equally made nonsense of several scoring opportunities with team Captain Jude Kongnyuy shooting outside severally in front of the Cosmos goal post just like his team Mogou Ghislain at the last minute of the match. The win however keeps YOSA amongst the best four teams in the league as we wait for the full Day-11 results from other stadiums across the National territory. it should be noted that since the ascension of Cosmos into the professional ligue One in 2014, it is the first time a win is separating both teams. Before Sunday's game they have met twice and the end result is one goal on either side.
While YOSA will next travel to Bangate to face Panthere, Cosmos will be at home in Bafia to host Dragon of Douala.
