CBC Health Services New Building |
In the heart
of the Cameroon Baptist Convention, CBC Head Quarters in Nkwen now stands an
imposing cream white building expected to host some projects and services of
the Health Board. Meeting in Bamenda Monday June 8, 2015, the executive board
decided to dedicate the new building and service cars.

As to why
the dedication, the Director of CBC Health Service Prof Tih Pius Muffih
explained that the dedication was a show of thanks giving to God who has
provided the resources for the realization of the projects. “We are also asking
for his blessings on the occupants on those who are getting inside to the
public that they will be very acceptable.” He added.

Noting that
prior to the construction of the new building and cars some projects and
services of the Health Board were practically patching in others areas of the
center, Prof Tih added that the building will host projects like the Lillian Foundation
and the Socio-economic empowerment of persons with disabilities SEEPD while the
cars will be for services and personnel transportation.
“The
vehicles in particular will be used in the Littoral and Center Regions to reach
out to the periphery to take care of people who are either living with HIV-AIDS
or are pregnant and these are four-wheel drive vehicles so they can go almost
anywhere in the hinterlands” Prof Tih
Said.
