Latest reports from up station Bamenda say Mr Kah Charles in whose office a giant snake was believed to have been found and killed carrying names of people in the belle upon operation has been suspended from his function as Divisional Chief of Surveys In Mezam. The suspension letter which HILLTOPVOICES saw a copy at the office of the Senior Divisional Officer's office SDO for Mezam suspends Mr Kah Charles for misuse of public office. The letter which is signed by the SDO for Mezam Nguele Nguele Felix also forbids Mr Kah from trespassing in his former office. While the letter details the Divisional Delegates for State property and land tenure Mezam to immediately take control of the office, sources say a new tenant to that office has been appointed pending installation.
Our sources within government circles in Mezam say investigations are underway to establish the origin of the famous Bamenda snake. Governor's services have also been involved following the interest of Northwest Governor Adolph Lele Lafrique to establish facts about the incident that pulled even the regions number one man from a sector conference he was chairing in Bamenda.
