According to the Chief Executive Officer of the Bamenda based not for profit NGO New Breed Africa Atangche Zita, Northwest arts will be exposed, appreciated, and promoted come February 20, 2016 in Bamenda.
In collaboration with the Northwest Regional delegation of Arts and Culture, the New Breed Africa CEO noted that the first edition will feature special awards and folklore veterans in the Region.
