Benjamin
Fru Ndi from now hence will be the new face youths within the SDF will have to
get familiar with. He was elected February 23, during the 9th elective
convention of the party in Bamenda as leader of the Socialist Youths.
He
is certainly expected to build the future of the SDF as he takes over
the youth wing of the party which should be the militancy nursery for
the party. As to what the SDF will look like in the 20-25years will be his soul responsibility.
He is not however new to the political business mindful of his close collaboration his father, founder and Chairman of the SDF John Fru Ndi. In a comment at the just ended convention, the Chairman called him his private secretary; a description no one found issues with.
Currently Benjamin is Councilor of the Bamenda II Council and Member of the Bamenda City Council Board (Grand Councilor). He is a consultant on Urban Development with an academic background in Political science.
