The Cameroon Baptist Convention CBC Health Services has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Foumban council to improve services rendered to Children and Persons with Disabilities in Foumban.
The MoU signed at the close of November 2020, is placed under the Empowerment and Disability Inclusive Development (EDID) Program of CBC Health Services.Held at the Foumban council premises, The Director of CBC Health Services, Prof Tih Pius Muffih; and the Mayor of Foumban council Mrs. Hermine Patricia Tomaino Ndam Njoya signed the MoU for their respective institutions.
According to a post on the CBC Health Services - CBCHS Facebook page announcing the signing event, the institution has thanked the Government, Partner Organizations in Cameroon for the collaboration and the support from the #LilianeFoundation, #CBM, persons with Disabilities continue to receive improved services in all municipalities in the country.
Filles des la Charité a Partner Organization of the EDID program has been instrumental to this cooperation.
Thanks to this MoU, the CBC Health Services and their Partner Organization- Filles des La Charité will be key Partners to work together with the Foumban council to accomplish disability inclusive development in the Foumban Municipality.
