Obituary: Nso Community bids farewell to their warrior "Mfoormi Ntaar" in Bamenda

The Nso community in Bamenda has laid to rest one of theirs Anthony Ajume. The tailor of exceptional class who earned the title "Mfoormi Ntaar" loosely translated as a dress making warrior was laid to rest on Saturday 7 August 2021 in Bamenda.

The journey home for the warrior which started on Friday 6 August 2021 with a pre burial prayer session at the mile 3 Nkwen residence of the deceased ended with the  removal from the morgue, funeral Mass and burial in Akum,  St Paul\"s church and Futru Church cemetery respectively.

"We have come here because of our different relationships with Pa Anthony... despite the difficulties he has had since 2017 managing his health, we cannot now say thank God he is gone but we still mourn because we miss him individually." Born on the 3rd of December 1960, Mfoormi Ajume Anthony died on the 23 July 2021 at the Bingo Baptist Hospital after a protracted illness leaving a wife, five children and grandchildren. 

He was widely known in Bamenda and beyond for sewing suits, school uniforms and other wears.
