But as the delegates enter the hall at this time in Bamenda, information has reached Hilltopvoices that the Member of parliament for Bafut-Tubah can be the surprise.
Hon Agho Oliver who is the immediate past Secretary General for FECAFOOT NW maybe the newest candidate to have entered the list at last minute.
