Already onsite is a building that will host the  technical and administrative services of the market.

The functioning of the commercial facility has been outlined.

"For the start we will make it weekly and we have designed an alternating plan for the days of the week and when the need arises we will make it daily. " Mayor Fongu Cletus said
To make the new market friendly to users, Mayor Fongu Cletus says water and sanitary systems shall be installed in the coming days.

Opened by the Bamenda III Council, the technical aspect of the market will be ensured by the Ministry of Livestock, fisheries and animal husbandry MINEPIA.

Those who turned out for the inaugural event have expressed gratitude to the Bamenda III Council and Mayor Fongu Cletus for making their access to other markets shorter.

"We always leave from here to go and sell goats either in Bambui or town. We are now happy that we have our own market here where we can sell and buy our won things." Neba a trader told www.hilltopvoices.com.

The new market is located in mile six Nkwen particularly at the area formally referred to as trap or entrance to the apostolic school.

Mayor Fongu Cletus has invited all to make use of the facility that is intended to improve the economic situation of all in the municipality.
