NW/SW Armed Conflict: CCHRHA Donates to Victims, IDPs in Ntermbang.

The Coalition Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Assistance (CCHRHA) a Cameroonian based not-for-profit non-governmental organisation has responded to the humanitarian needs of victims and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ntermbang, a locality in Wat, Nkambe Central subdivision, Donga Mantung division of the crisis hit Northwest region.

CCHRHA team was led into Ntermbang 15th February 2022 by it's founding executive President, Nchanji Roland Njeba.This was within the CCHRHA's framework of the fight against hunger in the midst of war victims and internally displaced persons.

"Our visit to Ntermbang is a humanitarian visit. We came with food stuff and sanitation materials such as mattresses, buckets, cups, cartoons of soap, vegetable oil, sanitary pads, rice and salts to assist the needy mostly armed conflict victims and internally displaced persons", Nchanji Roland Njeba, CCHRHA President told Hilltopvoices.com during the donation exercise.

"...for sometime these people have really been suffering due to the ongoing crisis in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon. Our  coming to Ntermbang has not only provided a helping hand but brought relief to a people faced with food crisis as expressed by the beneficiaries", he added.

Handing over the items to the beneficiaries, CCHRHA's President told them to use them for the intended purpose, stressing that the donations were freewill humanitarian gestures not to be sold.

In appreciation, the beneficiary population expressed thanks to CCHRHA and her partners for coming to their aid. They appealed for more of such gestures as they grapple to make life out of a very difficult situation.

"We equally met physically challenged persons.Their situation is not the best.We however made donations to them though not previewed", CCHRHA President noted .

The Ntermbang humanitarian visit was carried out in partnership with Charity Aid Foundation,CAF America,a US based charity organization
