While thanking supporters for standing by the team so far, the president in the emotional message called on them to be a source of encouragement to the players and staff.
"Yes! The team is going through tough times and we all can attest to the fact that in life tough times always come around but these are tests to see how strong we are and how to bounce back stronger. We are pleading with you all that we should encourage these players and the coaching staff so they can come out of this storm sooner than later. We all have the spirit of Pa Yong in us by the love and support we have been showing and are still showing for our team." Yong writes
With just a win recorded in the last seven games, the technical staff headed by Coach Nkabyo Martin has been arraigned by the supporters for what they consider as poor results. The team president has invited the supporters not to give up yet and to show the team more love.
"YOSA always comes out stronger, that we know. All we need to do is to continue showing love and support to our team and we will surely bounce back. We love you all and lets all have a great weekend and stay safe." He conudes
The message has been heralded by a good number of fans who see the outing as a wise move. The message comes after the club president was seen having dinner with the players in Yaounde ahead of their clash with Canon.
YOSA is amongst the teams in the country considered regular as concerns the payment of players salaries.
YOSA ends the first round with 18points obtained from five wins, three draws and and four defeats.
