International business mogul Roland Njamnsi has dedicated what he describes as his "magnificent edifice" at the outskirts of Douala Cameroon. The dedication of the stately home added to his birthday celebration which took place on Monday 27 June 2022.
To mark these two events, the successful blockchain entrepreneur organised a dual feast for his Bois de signes community, local and foreign business partners.
Reflecting during the mansion dedication service, the Rev Nchambili of the Littoral field of the Cameroon Baptist Convention prayed for peace, grace and comfort in the home of Roland Njamnsi and family.
The village Chief who also attended the dedication during the cutting of the opening ribbon appreciated Roland Njamnsi for making his community beautiful with houses often seen only in films from Nigeria, Europe and America. He prayed his ancestors to protect Roland and family as they take residence in their new home assuring them of his support at all times.
Addressing his guest with visible satisfaction and fulfillment, Roland Njamnsi recounted his journey and praised his wife for standing by him at all times. He regretted that many ignored him because of his mobility difficulties but God did not. He appreciated his family and new community for standing by and welcoming him while encouraging his guests to stay focus in life when in search for anything they wish for. He also singled out his engineering team for delivering even beyond his expectations in less than two years.
Testimonies from over 20 partners including reverend pastors who came in from the Federal Republic of Nigeria presented Roland Njamnsi as an honest and daring business man who is willing and ready to help many grow. They showered him with praises for helping to change their stories.
The self contain mansion is completely powered by solar generated electricity running the state-of-the-arts facility with a swimming pool, Air conditioners, water system amongst others.
Being also his birthday, Roland Njamnsi wrote on his Facebook account early that morning "The most special day of the year has come. Happy birthday to myself! This year has brought me new friendships, new experiences and there are lots more in store for me to learn. I can’t wait to see what else is there for me. May God keep me like this happy and cheerful forever! Thanks a lot, God for giving me another year of life!."
By the site of his swimming pool, the celebrant and wife cut a birthday cake and popped a champagne followed by several others to thank God for another year. Friends and business partners offered him gifts as they made merry.
The film maker now turned full time blockchain entrepreneur has been receiving messages from friends and partners around the world.

Its being a long journey, I will keep celebrating you, You were the first person to let me stand in front of the camera as actor .You were my first ever Director and my first film 'Colour of Love' was my first film.Thank you for the strength and encouragement by the that is still keeping me rolling the Happy birthday." Born on June 27, 1979, Roland Njamnsi attended JMBC Ndu Donga Mantung, a popular school at the time from where he moved to Bamenda and furthered studies at the Mount Zion Institute. He will later begin a career as a film maker, director and actor then much later adding business. His most recent business venture is PLC Ultima which is a massive infrastructure project, which combines the innovation of the blockchain technology with the stability of dozens of time-tested business models.
Married since October 2007 to a blockchain and cryptocurrency enthusiastic wife, the Njamnsis used their double party to repeatedly celebrate God Almighty for turning their fortunes around.
All has not been a bed of roses for Roland Njamnsi who cheated death in Bamenda after he was kidnapped by armed men and taken to an unknown destination. After miraculously surviving the kidnap, Roland moved to Douala where he knew no one nor French which is the predominant language in Cameroon's most active economic city.
These challenges including his mobility difficulties have made him a stronger and better person as he stayed focused to his dreams.
