Cameroon's lead brewer Société Anonyme des boissons du Cameroun (SABC) has maintained its close relationships with communities in the North West Region as 2022 comes to a close.
For two days, SABC made an imposing presence at the gateway into the Bamenda III Festival of Heritage Arts and Culture with a variety of products on display. They were one of the sponsors of the festival. The institution didn't only give drinks at exceptional affordable rates but also gave finances and other forms of support including water and drinks to accompany the organization.
www.hilltopvoices.com has gathered that a way from the festival, SABC has continued to collaborate with Fondoms in the North West Region as part of their cooperate social responsibility. Away from Mankon where an event to celebrate the life of the immediate past Fon Fo Angwafo III is ongoing, SABC has been ensuring that other traditional structures stay with them through regular visits.
At this year's new year event at the residence of North West Governor where top administrators gathered to listen to the Head of State end of year message, SABC was visible present.
Authorities of the institution in the North West say despite the challenges faced by the brand as a result of the ongoing armed conflict, they are still prepared to keep their engagement with communities.
Created in 1948, SABC remains one of the important companies in Cameroon providing millions of direct and indirect employment opportunities to young people.
