On the occasion of her 85th birthday celebration, Yaa Helena Ngo Ndzerem was honoured with a special Holy Mass led by a college of six Priests of the Roman Catholic Church in Bamenda.
Rev. Fr. Moses Kongmi, Sch. P., officiated the Mass, celebrating Yaa Helena's remarkable life and contributions to humanity. The ceremony was filled with prayers and offerings, including a blessed statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, presented to Yaa Helena as a symbol of her devotion.
North West Governor and Dignitaries Pay Tribute to Yaa Helena Ngo Ndzerem
Yaa Helena's birthday celebration in Bamenda saw the presence of special guests, including North West Governor, Adolph Lele Lafrique Adolphe Tchoffo Deben, and four pilgrims from the Holy lands of Israel and Mecca.
Governor Adolph Tchoffo Deben praised Yaa Helena for her role in fostering peace and development, particularly through her son, Mformi Ndzerem Stephen Njodzeka.

Social groups, such as the prominent Nso Women's group Bongsuiru, added to the festivities by presenting gifts to the jubilant celebrant.
