Tangwa Faith has been officially commissioned as the new Administrator of Nkwen Baptist Hospital. She was installed into her new function on Thursday 18 July 2024 in Bamenda. Tangwa succeeds Kangong Joce, who has been appointed as the leader of the Baptist School of Public Health in Mutengene.
The event was presided by Ngum Samuel, Director of CBC Health Services who appreciated the outgoing administrator and presented the expected blueprint to the new leader.
According to him, the appointment is part of innovation which staff should embrace.
Before her appointment, Tangwa Faith, was serving as Assistant Administrator in charge of Personnel. She has expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services (CBCHS) and the Convention for the trust bestowed on her while reaffirming her commitment to continue the hospital's legacy of excellent care and spiritual guidance.
"I believe I will fit into the shoes God has placed me in," she shared.
The transition at Nkwen Baptist Hospital is part of a broader series of changes within CBC Health Services, intended to inspire growth and dedication to exemplary healthcare.
