Clerance is a proficient graphic designer and Scholarships Hacks Expert, trained by Light Migration and Allied Consults. He holds a B.Ed in Educational Leadership from the University of Bamenda and a Mini MBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership from the Centre for Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa.
Banla Clerance, a Senior Elementary School Teacher and Administrator based in Bamenda, boasts over a decade of professional experience. Under his guidance, more than 1,000 pupils have successfully transitioned to secondary education, and over 50 teachers have benefited from his mentorship. He is recognised for his innovative approach to solving teaching and learning challenges, helping institutions achieve their objectives and missions.
Beyond the classroom, Clerance’s passion for social impact is evident in his work as a Social Change Ambassador and advocate for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Trained by MOGi Global Leadership School, he actively promotes initiatives that foster societal growth.
