The North West Cooperative Association (NWCA) Ltd has been recognised as one of Hilltopvoices’ Most Influential Institutions in Bamenda III Municipality for 2024, proof to its impact on agriculture and community development. During the Hilltopvoices Thank You Cocktail on Friday, 17 January 2025, the Administrator of NWCA, Ngangwa Mathew, represented the institution to receive the accolade. Meanwhile, the General Manager, Waindim Timothy Ntam, was present at the event to receive his personal honour as a 2023 Hilltopvoices honouree, further highlighting his pivotal role in the association’s successes.

Additionally, under Waindim’s leadership, the association has championed the engagement of youth and women in coffee production, equipping them with skills and opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods.

Through subsidised inputs, technical training, and innovative farming practices, the association has improved productivity and livelihoods in Bamenda III Municipality and across the North West Region.
